Happenings 312: swimming & sun tanning
swimming is a very good sport, which can help to excercise all the muscles, from head to toe. i think that's the reason that i love swimming so much, coz sometimes i quite feel lazy to go and sit on machines and pull weights just to get some part of the body a better shape. i can gym for 1 hour, but i can swim for 3 hours.
especially swimming in the morning, where the sun still bright and sunny, the pool water is not that warm not that cool. just right for swimming 20 laps. well, i think it's been a while i haven swim for 20 laps. compared to the pool in gym, sometimes i really wish they have a bigger one, at least not half of the international pool lor........ i dont quite like to lay down on a bench to tan myself, i just stay in the pool and relax and feel the sun warming my body and the pool water massaging my body........
